speech and drama classes for primary school students

We are proud to teach the Imagination Curriculum, developed by Speak Up Studio.

Classes are held at our Paddington Studio & at six local primary schools.

explorers

Explorers is an introductory program held at our Paddington Studio designed for little ones to try their hand at drama, dance, and music. Dance your way into the room for these fun and collaborative classes, where our smallest speak up kids will sing, dance and laugh with joy!

storytellers

Storytellers love drama, poems, songs and are excited about performing! In this program students will develop their confidence, grow their communication skills and tap into their creativity. Teachers create nurturing classroom that balances the bold performers with the quieter achievers, ensuring everyone has a chance to learn & grow.

inventors

Inventors is a 45 minute speech and drama class for students in grade three – six. In weekly classes, students explore and expand their vocal range while learning to articulate their ideas coherently. Inventors are determined to develop their stage presence and stagecraft skills so they can present and perform with flavour and flair!

philosophers

A one of a kind speech and drama program for grade six students. Philosophers spend their final year of primary school polishing up their speaking skills, learning the best ways to stay organised, understanding their sensory preferences and having a whole lot of silly fun before the big jump to grade 7.

performers

Performers are the kids who simply can’t get enough drama. They love learning lines and live for being on stage. Within the Performers program, students are challenged to create even more intricate and detailed productions. Longer lessons enable us to delve deeper into the technical aspects of drama. Commitment to rehearsals and performances is essential to your child’s success in the program.
